Dr. Jay is the founder of the first Multi-Specialty Dental Group Practice in the Rochester area in 1978. He graduated with honors from Dental School in India in 1963, had graduate training at King’s College Hospital Dental School, London, U.K., and graduated with a Masters of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota in 1976. Prior to starting the group, he served as Regional Dental Director for the New York State Department of Health, Rochester Regional Office.
He continuously expands and updates his skills through continuing education. He has over 500 hours of continuing education and is a very knowledgeable dentist in the latest developments and techniques. He has completed a comprehensive program in Cosmetic Dentistry at the Case Western University Dental School. He spends a lot of time in community service in Rochester and volunteering dental services in rural India. He has served on many community service organizations in Rochester, NY. He enjoys traveling and Indian cooking.
